Filming has wrapped on Colossal, written and directed by Nacho Vigalondo. In this monster movie a young woman (Anne Hathaway) moves back to her home town after losing her job and boyfriend in New York, only to discover that she is somehow connected to a giant creatures that materialized over Seoul and is wreaking havoc. She must overcome her mental breakdown, because she is the only one who can stop the creatures.
Hathaway stars along side Jason Sudeikis, Dan Stevens, Austin Stowell and Tim Blake Nelson. Colossal is set to open in theaters some time later this year.
Rumor is, the movie has already run into a little trouble. Colossal is said to a little much like Godzilla, at least according to Toho Studios who created Godzilla. They are suing the film because of the similarities, according to an article by THR.
