Last week the first trailer for season 3 of Showtime’s hit series Penny Dreadful debuted. Now, two new teasers have been released that tease of the horrors this season will bring.
Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde will be introduced to the cast of classic horror characters this season. Shazad Latif (We are Monsters) has been cast in that role. Patti LuPone, who guest stared in last season as the “Cut-Wife” will be returning in a new role, as Dr.Seward, the therapist who treats Vanessa (Eva Green). Wes Studi has joined as Kaetaney, a Native American who has a deep connection to Josh Hartnett’s character Ethan. Christian Camargo will guest star as Dr. Alexander Sweet, a zoologist who strikes a friendship with Vanessa.
Penny Dreadful will premiere on Showtime on May 1st.
