New horror series are showing up on every network right now. And we’re thankful for that. Hulu is adding the new horror series Freakish to their exclusive library. Hulu acquired the rights for Freakish from AwesomenessTV. The 10-episode first season has already entered production.
Freakish centers on a group of high school students fighting to survive against mutants who take over the town after a the local chemical plant has a meltdown.

Hulu will be the exclusive streaming home to Freakish, a new 10-episode horror series created under the AwesomenessTV banner. The series is currently in production and will premiere on Hulu later this year.
Freakish centers on a group of student at a small-town high school, who must fight for survival when predatory mutant freaks take over after a meltdown at the local chemical plant.
The new series stars Leo Howard, Liza Koshy, Adam Hicks, Aislinn Paul, Tyler Chase, Meghan Rienks, Melvin Gregg, and Hayes Grier, Chachi Gonzales, Mary Mouser and The Walking Dead’s Chad L. Coleman. Brian Robbins, Shelley Zimmerman, Beth Szymkowski, Matt Lewis and Chris Grismer serve as executive producers. Scott Levine produces.
