I guess Japan will stop at no lengths to promote their new crossover. Sadako [from The Ring/Ringu horror franchise] and Kayako and Toshio [from the The Grudge JU-ON horror franchise] were filmed playing baseball in a Japan baseball game.
But The Ring/Ringu icon had a bit more experience. In 2012 the horror icon was filmed pitching the ceremonial first pitch at another Japan baseball game [maybe the same its unclear].
Japan has been promoting the hell out of their new crossover and it’s just as well as the film is being release this month in Japan.
