Brad Parker has signed on to direct the ghostly tale Best Rest, based on the script penned by newcomer Lori Evans Taylor, THR reports.
The Film centers on a “pregnant woman who, due to the nature of her pregnancy, is put on bed rest. Strange things begin happening in her home, which makes her wonder if her house is haunted.”
Bad Robot, Matt Reeves, Chris Sparling, Karen Rosenfelt and Ken Blancato will be producing.
Parker has worked on a series of great films including directing 2012’s Chernobyl Diaries, and working in the visual effects department on Let Me In, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Fight Club, Lake Placid and others.
