Screen Gems new suspense thriller He’s Out There is set to begin production next month with Dennis IIiadis in the director’s chair. The film, written by Mike Scannell, will star Dexter’s Yvonne Strahovski, according to Deadline.
Strahovski will play the lead role of a mother who visits a remote lake house and finds herself fighting for her and her children’s lives when a psychopath turns the getaway into a nightmare.
Bryan Bertino and Adrienne Biddle will produce for Unbroken Pictures, with Screen Gem’s President Clint Culpepper and Executive VP Scott Strauss over seeing the project.
Strahovski also starred in the hilarious series Chuck as an undercover agent and the love interest of the main character, Chuck. She also appeared in the horror film I, Frankenstein, as well as co-starring in many other projects.
