Halloween may have already come and gone, but the folks at JoBlo Media have a treat they’ve been saving for us, my Little Monsters.
They’re shaking up the traditional concept of distribution by offering the exclusive release of Wolf Mother, to rent on YouTube for ten days, starting November 3rd. So if you’ve been feverishly anticipating the film’s 2017 theatrical release – this is no trick, rather a belated Halloween treat.
If you aren’t familiar with this “multi genre” film, written and directed by Erik Peter Carlson, allow me to enlighten you. It’s a story of two people seeking redemption: one is a fallen starlet who landed on her back (if you know what I mean), and the other a petty criminal. How exactly is redemption reckoned for these two? They hope it will be reached by teaming up in hopes of solving a high profile kidnapping case. But the absolution they seek will take them on a shadowy path fraught with violence and gore.
So if your collective appetites are whet, your wait is nearly over. Wolf Mother, starring Najarra Townsend, Kevin Pinassi and Tom Sizemore, will be available on JoBlo’s Movie Network YouTube Channel from November 3rd to the 13th.
