Many of you will remember the Muppets’ series ‘Pigs in Space’, which NBC cancelled years ago. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen the Muppets in one of their iconic spoofs, until now. They’re back!
In a new video, titled ‘Pigs in Space Alien: Look Who’s Coming to Dinner’, the Muppets spoof one of the most highly recognized scenes in sci-fi-horror history, the chest-buster scene from ‘Alien’.
Kirk R. Thatcher, who has been associated with the Muppets for many years, directed the ‘Alien’ themed episode of ‘Pigs in Space’. Don’t worry, we haven’t seen the last of the series. We can expect several more episodes as part of the new mini-series.
