‘Nikita’ star Lyndsy Fonesca and ‘Jessica Jones’ actress Elizabeth Cappuccino have been cast as the leads in Syfy’s upcoming supernatural horror drama ‘The Haunted’.

The series, written by Noga Landau (The Magicians), follows four siblings who reunite after their parents’ deaths. While they attempt to overcome their fractured personal relationships, they discover the must face a ghost from their past in order to survive.

Fonoseca will co-star as Juno. Juno is a woman of science, forced to cope with the fact that she can no longer rely on facts alone. Cappuccino will play Hester Bradley, Juno’s sister, who is searching for her purpose in life and is determined to have a little fun.

James Frey and Todd Cohen of Full Fathom Five will execute produce alongside Landau for Universal Cable Productions.
