The Syfy channel has had great run over the past couple of years when it comes to series, with shows like ‘The Magicians‘, ‘Channel Zero‘. Their upcoming series ‘The Haunted‘ will no doubt be a great addition to their lineup.
The series, written by ‘The Magicians’ scribe Noga Landau, centers on four adult siblings who are reunited after their parents’ death. Together they must over come their fractured relationships to survive ghosts from their pasts, literally.
‘Spartacus’ star Liam McIntyre has joined the cast of ‘The Haunted’ and will play the role of Reece Mason, a handsome, tough, determined detective of the Savannah Police Department. While he comes across as a charming Southern gentleman, he is not one to be trifled with.
McIntyre will co-star as series regular alongside Vaughn Nixon, Steve Kazee, Elizabeth Cappuccino, David Alpay, and Lyndsy Fonseca.
James Frey and Todd Cohen of Full Fathom Five will execute produce alongside Landau for Universal Cable Productions.
