Bravo’s new series ‘Imposters’ will be premiering Tuesday and you are not going to want to miss it. ‘Arrow’s’ Parker Young co-stars in this dark comedy series alongside Inbar Lavi, Rob Heaps, Marianne Rendón, and Stephen Bishop.
“Arrow’s” Parker Young stars as Richard in Bravo’s third original scripted series “Imposters.” Richard is a sensitive golden boy who thought he finally had it all when he married his trophy wife Alice. After she leaves with all of his money, he decides to search for his wife with a glimmer of hope that there still might be a chance to reconcile. But, Richard can’t do it alone as he pairs up more of his ex-wife’s conned exes Ezra (Rob Heaps) and Jules (Marianne Rendón) to find and confront the woman they all loved.
Young’s breakthrough role was on the ABC comedy series “Suburgatory,” where he played Ryan Shay, the hyperactive jock neighbor to Jeremy Sisto and son of Ana Gasteyer and Chris Parnell. Next up for Parker was a lead on the critically acclaimed FOX series “Enlisted” and a starring role in the LGBT Indie “Fourth Man Out.” He was last seen on the hit CW series “Arrow” as Alex Davis, love interest of Thea Queen.
The series is produced by Universal Cable Productions and follows Maddie (Inbar Lavi, “Gang Related”), a persona shifting con-artist who is as beautiful as she is dangerous, leaving her unwitting victims tormented when they realize they have been used and robbed of everything – including their hearts. But things get complicated when her former targets, Ezra (Rob Heaps, “Frankenstein and the Vampyre: A Dark and Stormy Night”), Richard (Parker Young, “Suburgatory”) and Jules (newcomer Marianne Rendón) team up to track her down. While pursuing her newest mark, Maddie meets a potential love interest, Patrick (Stephen Bishop, “Being Mary Jane”), which threatens to derail her assignment, much to the chagrin of her mysterious boss, The Doctor. Meanwhile, her dejected past lovers manage to take control of their new realities, not realizing that in their quest to confront her, they’ll have to face their own truths and find new versions of themselves along the way.
‘Imposters’ is produced by Universal Cable Productions (UCP) with Adam Brooks and Paul Adelstein serving as Executive Producers.
Tune into Bravo at 10pm ET/PT on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 for ‘Imposters’.
