The third season of FX’s The Strain was an eventful one. Now, the vampire series’ fourth and final season is approaching and the first promo is here.

I know, it sucks that we only get one more season. You should know that the show’s end is not at the hands of FX, but was the choice of creators Guillermo del Toro, Chuck Hogan and Carlton Cuse. In the beginning, only three seasons were planned, but thankfully, they have gifted us with four.
The series, based on Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan’s vampire graphic novel by the same name, stars Corey Stoll, Kevin Durand, David Bradley, Mia Maestro, Richard Sammel, Miguel Gomez, Jonathan Hyde, Max Charles, Natalie Brown and Ruta Gedmintas.

While the promo does not actually show any of our favorite characters, it does tease us with what the season might hold. The Strain returns this summer. As soon as the exact premiere date is announced we will let you know. Pick up your copy of season 3 on Blu-ray and DVD on June 27, 2017.
