A&E will soon premiere their new paranormal series The Lowe Files, hosted by actor Rob Lowe (Code Black, The Grinder, Salem’s Lot: The Series) who will be joined on his investigations by his two sons, Matthew and John Owen. Together they will travel across America in search of answers to unsolved mysteries.

Since I was a kid I’ve loved unexplained legends, strange phenomena and the scary, supernatural stories told around campfires,” Lowe said. “When I became a father I shared those tales with my two sons. Together we bonded over Bigfoot, UFOs, and every creepy and bizarre story we could find, passionately debating if they were real…or not. And we swore that someday the three of us would go on our own adventure to find out. That day has come.”

In each of the nine episodes they will be exploring a story or legend, meeting with top experts in the field, and will be using the latest technology, all in hopes of solving the mystery.
In the first season, the trio will explore a reportedly underwater alien base off of the coast of Malibu, California, they will try to communicate with spirits in an abandoned reformatory, and more.

Tune in for The Lowe Files for the season premiere on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
