The Halloween season has officially begun. Two of the best things about this time of year are the many movie releases and the haunted attractions. When you combine the two things can get scary.
Back in 2014, Bobby Roe’s film The Houses October Built took us on a journey as five friends head out on a tour of haunted houses only to be stalked by a group of strangers. Now, the sequel, The Houses October Built 2, is preparing for its release later this month.
Bobby Roe is directing and teamed up once again with Zack Andrews who co-wrote the first film as well. Brandy Schaefer, Zack Andrews, Mikey Roe, and Jeff Larson reprise their roles from the first film.
“Recovering from the trauma of being kidnapped last Halloween by the Blue Skeleton – a group who take “extreme haunt” to another level – five friends decide they must face their fears in order to move on. Heading back out on the road to visit more haunted house attractions, signs of the Blue Skeleton start appearing again and a new terror begins…”
