The arrival date for Neil Marshall’s (The Descent) Hellboy has been revealed for next winter, Deadline is reporting.
Starring David Harbour as “Hellboy”, Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, and Daniel Dae Kim round out the main cast in the film about Hellboy being caught between two worlds, the human and the supernatural. Hellboy will have to battle an ancient sorceress hell-bent on revenge in the R-rated film.
The film is based on the comic series created by Mike Mignola, who will be writing the script with Andrew Cosby and Christopher Golden.
Hellboy will arrive in theaters on January 11, 2019, the same release date as Lionsgate’s crime thriller Kin.
