Linda Hamilton is also returning to star alongside new cast member, Blade Runner actress Mackenzie Davis.
Terminator 6 will be a direct sequel to T2: Judgment Day and will completely ignore the existence of the other sequels.
Directed by Tim Miller, Terminator 6 will begin filming this July with plans on wrapping by this October and opening in theaters on July 26, 2019.
At 71, Arnold Schwarzenegger is a busy guy. Besides Terminator 6, he’s working on the next sequel to his Expendables franchise and the films Triplets, The Legend of Conan, Pump, Kung Fury and he’ll star as a naval officer forced to pilot a submarine for a Mexican drug cartel in Blanco.
