Cannes Film Festival “Best Actress” award winner Diane Kruger (Inglorious Basterds) stars in the thriller In the Fade set to be released this month.
In the film, “Out of nowhere, Katja’s (Diane Kruger, Inglourious Basterds) life falls apart when her husband Nuri (Numan Acar, “Prison Break”) and little son Rocco are killed in a bomb attack. Her friends and family try to give her the support she needs, and Katja somehow manages to make it through the funeral. But the mind-numbing search for the perpetrators and reasons behind the senseless killing complicate Katja’s painful mourning, opening wounds and doubts. Danilo (Denis Moschitto, Chiko), a lawyer and Nuri’s best friend, represents Katja in the eventual trial against the two suspects: a young couple from the neo-Nazi scene. The trial pushes Katja to the edge, but there’s simply no alternative for her: she wants justice.”

Kruger stars alongside Numan Acar (Prison Break), Denis Moschitto (Closed Circut), Johannes Keisch (A Cure for Wellness), Ulrich Tukur (Original Bliss), and Ulrich Brandhoff (Django). Faith Akin directed the revenge thriller from the script she co-wrote with Hark Bohn.
In the Fade arrives on Digital HD April 17, 2018, followed by the Blu-ray and DVD release on May 1st, from Magnolia Home Entertainment.
