Back in 2014, we were introduced to Levan Gabriadze’s social media horror film Unfriended about a group of friends who discover a supernatural force has taken over their dead friend’s account.
Now, the sequel, Unfriended: Dark Web is on its way, in fact, it is set to be released this summer. In Dark Web, a teen comes into possession of a new laptop and soon discovers that the previous owner is not only watching him but will also do anything to get it back.
Colin Woodell, Betty Gabriel, Rebecca Rittenhouse, Stephanie Nogueras, Andrew Lees, Chelsea Alden, Douglas Tait, and Rob Welsh star. Stephen Susco directed from the script written by Nelson Greaves and Stephen Susco. Timur Bekmambetov, Jason Blum, and Majd Nassif serve as producers.
