Shudder has picked up the international streaming rights for writer-director Andy Mitton’s The Witch in the Window. And a new image has been had been unveiled.
The Witch in the Window stars Alex Draper (Yellowbrickroad), Arija Bareikis (The Purge) and Charlie Tacker. Mitton will produce alongside Richard W. King.
In the film, “A house-flipper named Simon and his twelve-year-old son, Finn, decide to bring an old New England farmhouse back to life. But a previous owner who died there, a witch of a woman named Lydia, doesn’t seem to have really left.”
The Witch in the Window is set to screen at this year’s Fantasia Film Festival.
