Paramount Pictures has snagged the rights to David-Jan Bronsgeest and Tim Koomen‘s short film Meet Jimmy, with plans to adapt it as a feature film with Platinum Dunes, Deadline reports.
While much of the plot of the feature is being kept quiet, but we do know that the short centers around a mysterious podcast and a serial killer named Jimmy Two Fingers who chokes people to death by forcing his fingers down their throat. That’s a rough way to go.
Meet Jimmy is already being described as A Nightmare on Elm Street meets The Ring.
