Uncork’d Entertainment has snagged the North American rights to Samuel Cunha Galli‘’s disturbing Brazilian supernatural horror film Our Evil (aka Mal Nosso).
Set in the seedy underbelly of Sao Paulo, Brasil, an exorcist (Ademir Esteves) uses the dark web to employ a serial killer (Ricardo Casella) to protect his daughter (Laura Pepita) from demonic possession.
Directed by Galli, Our Evil co-stars Fernando Cardoso, Reinaldo Colmanetti, Walderrama Dos Santos, and Maria Clara Gonçalves.
Uncork’d Entertainment plans for a theatrical release in New York and Los Angeles with Dark Star Pictures, followed by a nationwide VOD release.
