Woodland Grey, from award-winning director Adam Reider (Remain Calm), is set to enter production this month in Montreal, Canada.
Written by Reider and Jesse Toufexis, the film stars Jenny Raven (Jack Ryan), Ryan Blakely (The Expanse) and screen icon Art Hindle (Black Christmas).

Woodland Grey is a story that is as haunting as it is beautiful. For me, it’s all about the slow burn where the story slowly draws you in until you are fully immersed in this world. There’s a lot of moving pieces in this film but the payoff is gonna be so great when they all come together.” Reider stated about the film.

Francesco Giannini (The Flare), Tamara Dupuis (Marjorie), and John Fallon (The Shelter) are producing. They had this to say:

We are about to embark on a challenging yet exciting journey. And with the talented cast and crew that we have put together, we are confident that ‘Woodland Grey’ will be all that it should be. It has been two years in the making, with enormous efforts, emotions, highs and lows, it has come together very quickly in the last month and we are ready to make this great script come to life! Look for it on the Festival circuit in 2019!

In Woodland Grey, “when an older man living alone in the woods saves the life of a young woman, they are forced to coexist. Chaos ensues when the woman makes a terrifying discovery in the woods behind the man’s home and unleashes something truly haunting.”
