“Shameless” actress Ashley Romans has boarded AMC’s upcoming horror series “NOS4A2“, based on the bestselling novel of the same name written by Joe Hill.
Set in New England, “NOS4A2” follows Vic McQueen (Ashleigh Cummings) who discovers that she has the power to find things that are lost. Her new gift puts her on a collision course with Charlie Manx (Zachary Quinto), a villain who abducts children in his Rolls Royce Wraith.
Romans will play the recurring character, Tabitha Hutter, a no-nonsense detective who is tough yet kind. Assigned to a difficult case and must use her intuition to uncover the truth, Deadline reports.
The series was created by Jami O’Brien (“Fear the Walking Dead”) who will also serve as showrunner. AMC Studios will produce alongside Michael Eisner’s Tornate Television.
