Starring Katie Holmes, the sequel centers on a young family, unaware of the terrifying history into which they move. Their young son soon makes an unsettling new friend, Brahms.
In the original film, Lauren Cohan played Greta, a young woman who takes a job as a nanny. But when she arrives she finds that is not a child she is caring for, it’s a strange doll.
Directed by William Brent Bell, the script was penned by Stacey Menear who also wrote the original. Lakeshore’s Tom Rosenberg, Eric Reid, and Gary Lucchesi, Matt Berenson, Jim Wedaa, and Roy Lee are producing.
