With the success of their first-person horror Layers of Fear, Bloober Team and Gun Media have announced the sequel at PAX East to the delight of fans and have now confirmed its release date and what terrifying story awaits players.
Layers of Fear 2 is keeping true to its predecessor and being a first-person experience. This time players are on a cruise ship that’s being used as a set for the production of a film which they were cast as the lead actor for this mysterious project by an eccentric director.
The character’s past will haunt them as they explore the mysterious ship as the lines of reality and insanity are blurred all the while trying to figure out why they were chosen to be in this film. Players will be excited to hear that this game is going to be longer than the first!
Horror film icon Tony Todd (Candyman, Final Destination) lent his voice for the part of the mysterious film director, needless to say, this game is already epic! Keep an eye out as Layers of Fear 2 will be setting sail May 28th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
