CBS is exploring its dark side. The network has now unveiled the first teaser for their new supernatural series “Evil“. In the trailer, we see that something evil is lurking in the shadows.
“Luke Cage” actor Mike Colter stars alongside “Manhattan’s” Katja Herbers as the series’ lead characters. Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, Maddy Crocco, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, and Dalya Knapp also star.
Written and executive produced by Robert and Michelle King (“The Good Wife”), “Evil” centers on a skeptical female clinical psychologist who joins a priest-in-training and a blue-collar contractor as they investigate supposed miracles, demonic possessions, and other extraordinary occurrences to discover if there’s a scientific explanation or if it is truly a supernatural event.
“Evil,” which comes across like “The Exorcist” meets “The X-Files,” will most likely debut this Fall. We’ll keep you posted.
