The sequel to 2009’s The Collector and 2012’s The Collection is headed our way. While the film’s working title was The Collector 3, the official title has now been revealed as The Collected.
Many from the franchise are returning for the third installment including Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton who have returned to pen the script, with Dunstan back in the director’s chair. Josh Stewart (interview) and Emma Fitzpatrick will both be reprising their roles as Arkin and Elena, from The Collection.
In The Collection, Arkin escapes from the vicious grips of the serial killer known as “The Collector” and is then forced to help rescue an innocent girl from the killer’s booby-trapped lair.
Filming is set to begin this Fall on The Collected. Will keep you updated. In the meantime, here are the trailers for the first two films of the franchise.
