Hold onto your broomsticks folks! Disney Plus has begun development on a sequel to the 1993 Halloween classic Hocus Pocus!

“Workaholics” writer and co-producer Jen D’Angelo is on board to pen the script for the sequel, according to Variety.

The 90’s original starred Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as three witches resurrected after 300 years, waking up in the 20th Century after a virgin boy unwittingly unleashes the Sanderson sisters.

Unfortunately, at the moment Midler, Parker, and Najimy have not signed on to reprise their iconic roles. But we’ve got our fingers crossed that Disney can work some magic to make the reappear for part two.
