Craving a heavy dose of horror and some serious gore? The Indonesian film May the Devil Take You Too (AKA May the Devil Take You: Chapter Two) has got you covered. The trailer for the sequel to Timo Tjahjanto‘s 2018 horror May the Devil Take You is here. It’s creepy as hell and you can’t miss the fact that it was heavily influenced by the Evil Dead franchise.

The original film’s star, Chelsea Islan, returns for the sequel. In the first film, after her estranged father falls into a mysterious coma, Alfie seeks answers at his old villa, where she and her stepsister uncover dark truths.

The sequel was directed by William Chandra and was written and produced by Tjahjanto.

May the Devil Take You Too opens in theaters in Indonesia on February 27, 2020. As soon as a US release date is announced we’ll let you know. Don’t panic if you missed the first film when it was released, you can watch it now on Netflix.
