Last September, Universal Pictures announced that two M. Night Shyamalan thrillers would be released, with the first film arriving in February of next year.
Thanks to the pandemic, the first film will be delayed, however, Shyamalan is moving forward with the second film and has begun the casting process. Collider is reporting that Hereditary star Alex Wolff is now in talks to star as one of the lead characters.
Eliza Scanlen, Aaron Pierre, Thomasin McKenzie, and Vicky Krieps are also in negotiations to star in the film described as “weird and dark” by the filmmaker.
Filming is set to begin the moment production in the US is safe.
At this time, no plot details have been released, but we’ll let you know as soon as they are.
