Brilliant filmmaker Tim Burton is making a live-action spin-off of The Addams Family for Netflix that will center on Wednesday. The news came via Netflix’s NX account.

While no major details have been announced, about the plot or cast, we do know that Burton will be making his television directorial debut.

Known for his unique vision and style, Burton is behind movies such as Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Corpse Bride, Sweeney Todd, and more.
