If you are looking for a good way to introduce your little monster to the horror genre or they already love it, Netflix’s series “The Last Kids on Earth” is what you’re looking for. Monsters, zombies, action, this animated series has it all!
“Last Kids on Earth,” which is getting a new video game, in addition to the existing books and toy series, follows a group of teens, possibly the last on Earth, who face off against monsters while dealing with zombie hordes as they try to rebuild their lives and find out what happened to everyone.
The cast includes Bruce Campbell, Mark Hamill, Nick Wolfhard, Montse Hernandez, and Garland Whitt.
I’m not gonna lie, I love this show. It’s fun, never boring, and has a great story with important messages about life, friendship, love, and understanding, all while seeing zombies getting slaughtered and monsters bringing chaos to the town.
So far, there are three seasons (called books) streaming on Netflix, with the next book, “The Last Kids on Earth: Happy Apocalypse to You,” premiering on April 6, 2021. Oh, did I mention it’s interactive? You choose where they go and what happens!
