Chucky Is Back In The New Teaser Trailer For The Upcoming Series

The new teaser trailer is here for Don Mancini‘s upcoming “Chucky” series, giving us our first look at the killer doll bought at a yard sale by a teen.

Jennifer Tilly returns as Tiffany; Brad Dourif is back as the voice of Chucky. Dourif’s daughter, Fiona Dourif who is the star of two of the Chucky sequels is also returning as is Alex Vincent as Andy, and Christine Elise. Final Destination‘s Devon Sawa (Hunter Hunter) has joined the cast along with “Arrow” actress Lexa Doig, Teo Briones (Ratched), Bjorgvin Arnarson (PEN15), and Alyvia Alyn Lind (The Young and the Restless), and Zackary Arthur.

In the 10-episode first season, “After a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begin to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies — and allies — from Chucky’s past threatens to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.”

Don Mancini will serve as the show’s writer, showrunner, director, and executive produce. David Kirschner (Hocus Pocus, Frailty), Nick Antosca (Hulu’s The Act, SYFY’s Channel Zero), and Harley Peyton (Twin Peaks, SYFY’s Channel Zero) will executive produce. UCP will produce.
