This June Jurassic World: Dominion will take over theaters and we couldn’t be more excited. The first official TV spot, a cross-promotion with the Winter Olympics, gives us a taste of what it would be like if dinosaurs were free to run in the modern-day world. In the commercial, from NBC Sports and Universal Pictures, skier Mikaela Shiffrin barely escapes when she is confronted by T-Rex and a raptor on the slopes.

While the official plot has yet to released for Dominion, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom ended with a bunch of dinosaurs escaping into a modern-day city.

Colin Trevorrow, who was also behind Jurassic World, directs from a script written by Emily Carmichael, based on a story by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly.

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and BD Wong are returning for Dominion as are stars of the original trilogy, Sam Neill, Lauren Dern, and Jeff Goldblum. New cast members include María Gabriela de Faría (Deadly Class) and Joseph Marcell (“The Sandman”).

Jurassic World: Dominion will open in theaters on June 10, 2022. As for the Winter Olympics, they kick off on February 3rd.
