Every Halloween for the past two decades filmmaker Adam Green (Hatchet franchise) and his team over at ArieScope have released their annual short horror film to celebrate Halloween.
This year the short film, which marks the 24th installment, is titled Halloween Costume Cruelty and stars Max Tretta as a kid who has been stuck with an awful Victory Crowley costume. The short comes in the form of a PSA and pokes fun at the horrible, cheap costumes parents buy.
