Buffalo8 has just announced the North American VOD release of the home invasion horror-thriller The Hive, which marks the feature debut of writer-director Jared Allmond.
Timothy Haug and Christie Griffin star as Albie and Penny, a young couple with a failing marriage, who try to rekindle the fire in their relationship by having a night out by themselves. To make matters worse, the couple returns home to armed strangers. With no help from their neighbors or law enforcement, they attempt to survive a night from hell.
The Hive will hatch on Cable and Digital VOD on October 27th, including Prime Video, Vudu, Vubiquity, Cox, and Comcast.
