The talented brother filmmaking team of Eshom and Ian Nelms, who brought you Fatman, starring Mel Gibson, are back with the thrilling film Red Right Hand. I had the pleasure of sitting down with this dynamic duo to discuss the film, what went into its making, the cast, and how the brothers work as a team.
But first, a little about the movie: Red Right Hand stars Orlando Bloom (Pirates of the Caribbean) as Cash. Cash is a man yearning for redemption in a desolate Appalachian town. Haunted by his past, Cash tries to build a new life. However, the harsh reality of the town soon rears its ugly head. The ruthless kingpin Big Cat (Andie MacDowell) claws her way back into Cash’s life, demanding his return to her criminal fold.
Faced with an impossible choice, Cash embarks on a perilous journey that blurs the lines between good and evil. As the stakes rise and the body count climbs, Cash is forced to confront the depths of his own darkness to protect the only family he has left.
Be sure to check out our interview with Eshom and Ian Nelms about their fantastic, dark film, Red Right Hand. Head to theaters on February 23, 2024, for the premiere of Red Right Hand, or watch it from the comfort of your home on VOD the same day. Either way, this is not a film you want to miss.
