Netflix is about to unleash a summer spectacle that will leave you rethinking your next Parisian vacation. Get ready for Under Paris, a blood-drenched shark attack film with a unique twist and a brand-new poster that reveals a massive killer in the water.

Forget the familiar beach setting of classic shark movies. Under Paris throws a curveball, plunging us into the heart of the “City of Lights.” The Seine River, usually a symbol of romance, peace, and beauty, transforms into a feeding ground for a blood-thirsty predator.

A festive Parisian event takes a horrifying turn when a killer shark tears through the unsuspecting crowd. The once joyous atmosphere descends into a gruesome struggle for survival.

As chaos erupts, Bérénice Bejo (The Artist) steps forward as Sophia, a brilliant scientist determined to understand the lurking menace. She joins forces with Mika, a passionate environmental activist, and Adil, the Seine River police commander (Nassim Lyes, Overdose). This unlikely trio must race against time to stop the carnage before all of Paris is stained red.

The trailer for Netflix‘s Under Paris promises a thrilling blend of action and horror, offering a fresh take on the shark attack genre. Get ready to see Paris in a new light (or perhaps a shade of red) when Under Paris premieres on Netflix on June 5th, 2024. This killer film with massive teeth may very well change how you view the City of Love and take a dip in any river forever.
