Fans of “The Walking Dead” can rejoice! AMC has announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated second season of “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon titled “The Book of Carol.” The series, which will debut at the Tribeca Festival this weekend, will officially hit AMC and AMC+ this September.

Picking up where season one left off, “The Book of Carol” reunites fan-favorite characters Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) as they grapple with the aftermath of Daryl’s decision to stay in France. New images released alongside the premiere date reveal a determined Carol on the hunt for her friend while Daryl confronts his own inner struggles amidst the backdrop of a war-torn France.

The synopsis hints at a season filled with emotional turmoil and high-stakes action. Carol embarks on a relentless search for Daryl while he wrestles with his newfound life in a foreign land. Meanwhile, the political landscape of France intensifies as Genet’s movement gains momentum, threatening to plunge the country into further violence.
