Well Go USA, the distributor behind hits like Train to Busan and Day Zero, is preparing to unleash the new horror film – The Beast Within. This chilling tale is directed by Alexander J. Farrell (Refugee) and co-written by Farrell and Greer Taylor Ellison.
The Beast Within stars Kit Harington, who rose to fame on the epic television series “Game of Thrones.” Harington portrays a father harboring a dark secret. He stars alongside a talented cast that includes Ashleigh Cummings, James Cosmo, and Caoilinn Springall.
The film centers on 10-year-old Willow. Her life takes a horrifying turn when she begins questioning her isolated existence in a secluded English compound. A series of events pique her curiosity. This leads her to follow her parents on a late-night journey into the depths of the ancient forest. What Williow witnesses is a nightmare, a terrifying transformation. She is thrust into a struggle for survival as she confronts the dark secret her parents have desperately tried to conceal.
The Beast Within, which we described in our review as “a character-driven film, built with tension and emotion,” opened in theaters in July. The film will be available to rent or purchase digitally on August 13th, 2024. Physical media enthusiasts can add The Beast Within to their collections on Blu-ray and DVD starting October 22nd, 2024.
