Apartment 7A is a prequel to the iconic horror film Rosemary’s Baby. Directed by Natalie Erika James, the filmmaker behind Relic, the film centers on young dancer Terry Gionoffrio, played by Golden Globe winner Julia Garner (Ozark).

Terry dreams of fame and fortune in New York City. After suffering a devastating injury, an older couple (Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally) welcomes her into the apartment building. When fellow resident and Broadway producer (Jim Sturges) offers her another chance at fame, all her dreams seem to be coming true. However, after an evening she can’t remember, disturbing circumstances soon have her second-guessing the sacrifices she’s willing to make as she realizes that something evil is living not only in Apartment 7A but also in the Bramford itself.

Marli Siu (Everything I Know About Love), Andrew Buchan (All the Money in the World), Rosy McEwe, and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka) round out the cast.

Apartment 7A will be available to stream exclusively on Paramount+ on Friday, September 27. The film will also be available for purchase on digital the same day.
