Get ready for your next series addiction! Apple TV+ has dropped the trailer for its highly anticipated series, “Disclaimer.”
The series, written and directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón, stars Academy Award winners Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline and Academy Award nominee Sacha Baron Cohen.
The story follows Catherine Ravenscroft (Blanchett), a renowned journalist who has built her career exposing others’ dark sides. When she receives a mysterious novel, she is horrified to discover that she is the main character in a story that threatens to unravel her carefully constructed life in this gripping exploration of secrets, lies, and chain reactions.
As Catherine races to uncover the author’s identity, she must confront her past and its devastating consequences. Catherine’s world is thrown into chaos with her husband, Robert (Baron Cohen), and son Nicholas (Kodi Smit-McPhee) caught in the crossfire.
The stellar ensemble cast also includes Lesley Manville, Louis Partridge, Leila George, and Hoyeon. Indira Varma as the voice of the narrator.
“Disclaimer” will premiere on Apple TV+ on Friday, October 11, 2024. The first two episodes will be available for binge-watching, and new episodes will be released weekly.
