The movie Drop throws us into the unsettling world of Violet, a widowed mother bravely dipping her toes back into the dating pool. This anonymous tormentor launches a campaign of psychological terror, bombarding Violet with unsettling messages and escalating demands. She is trapped in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse, where the lines between friend and foe blur, and anyone could be the sinister puppet master.
A Talented Cast & Crew
Meghann Fahy stars as Violet, capturing the character’s vulnerability and growing terror. Brandon Sklenar (Yellowstone’s “1923”) stars alongside Sklenar. Violett Beane (Truth or Dare), and Jacob Robinson. Reed Diamond, Gabrielle Ryan, Jeffery Self, Ed Weeks, and Travis Nelson round out the cast.
Drop is the brainchild of Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach, the writing duo behind Blumhouse’s Truth or Dare. Jason Blum, the producer behind M3GAN, brings his expertise to the project. Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Cameron Fuller of Platinum Dunes also serve as producers.
