Monster Makeup, LLC, the unapologetically queer, indie outfit behind the cult hit Death Drop Gorgeous, has launched the physical media release of their sophomore feature, Saint Drogo. Now available on Special Edition Blu-Ray, the film crafts a bleak, hallucination-filled nightmare. One that trades traditional tropes for atmospheric dread, eroticism, and practical body horror.

An Off-Season P-Town Nightmare

Filmed on location in the quiet, desolate off-season shadows of Provincetown, Massachusetts, Saint Drogo serves up a chilling neo-noir horror story. One that explores addiction, fractured identity, and the heavy toll of conformity.

The plot follows a couple whose already strained relationship. However, it unravels completely when one partner develops an obsessive fixation on locating a vanished ex-lover. What follows is a surreal, claustrophobic descent into a hallucinatory underworld where personal demons and physical horrors intertwine.

An Uncompromising Vision Loaded with Collectible Extras

The physical release stands as a love letter to physical media collectors. It’s packaged with collectible artwork by Fernando Prudencio and Chris Dalpe. You’ll also get a sticker and a signed insert from the entire Monster Makeup creative team.

The disc comes packed with special features:

-Audio commentary with co-directors Michael Ahern and Brandon Perras-Sanchez

-An in-depth interview with legendary SFX artist Joe Castro (Terror Toons, The Summer of Massacre.

-Exclusive conversations with a roster of acclaimed genre creators such as Chris and Melissa LaMartina (WNUF Halloween Special), Peaches Christ (All About Evil), Toby Poser and John Adams (Hellbender), Robbie Banfitch (The Outwaters), and Dutch Marich (Horror in the High Desert).
