Beware Boiúna follows a dedicated team of doctors and relief volunteers as they travel deep into an isolated sector of the jungle to deliver emergency aid to remote river communities. The untamed Amazon, however, shows no mercy to well-meaning outsiders. A mine unknowingly desecrates the resting place of Boiúna—a legendary, gargantuan serpent rooted in Brazilian folklore.
