A fresh horror anthology series brings neighborhood terror straight to your screens. A Treat on Trick Street unfolds inside a cursed community on Halloween night. Each standalone story, made with AI, traps new victims inside a sinister web. The mysterious figure known as Mr. Trick orchestrates every horrifying encounter.
A Grassroots Terrifying Vision
Six-time Grammy-winning music creator Anthony Nese, aka Tony the Maverick, built Conjure House to highlight Black and brown horror storytellers. Moreover, they partnered with sister studio AfroShonen to launch this indie project. Local community members wrote and produced the entire spooky series. As a result, the shared setting creates a cohesive, deeply unsettling atmosphere.
Chilling Tales from Trick Street
Every Halloween, local children vanish mysteriously along this infamous road. In one story, a grandmother opens her door to terrifying costumed kids. She quickly trades her soul for seemingly sweet Halloween treats. Meanwhile, another tale follows three children as they take a shortcut through the woods. They meet a smiling stranger in an orange suit offering poisoned candy. Tragically, none of the youngsters ever make it back home.
Where to Stream the Terror
The grassroots horror showcase premieres tonight, October 28. Viewers can stream the entire project for free on the Conjure House YouTube channel. Fans can also explore behind-the-scenes content and join interactive online discussions. The spooky production delivers an essential short-form watch for indie horror lovers.
