Desrty Allyn Spielberg, daughter of the legendary filmmaker Steven Spielberg, will be making her feature directorial debut with the upcoming apocalyptic horror-thriller Please Don’t Feed the Children.
Deadline is reporting that “Breaking Bad” and MaXXXine actor Giancarlo Esposito has now joined the cast alongside Michelle Dockery, Zoe Margaret Colletti, Vernon Davis, and Regan Aliyah
Described as an “elevated genre film,” Don’t Feed the Children was written by Paul Bertino and is produced under his Perry Street Films banner. Josh Kesselman and Michael Hagerty are also producing.
Destry Allyn Spielberg said in a statement, “I am so grateful to have the opportunity to bring this story to the screen with such a collaborative and inspirational team. This picture is so much more than just a horror film. It’s a dream come true to work with a talent such as Michelle Dockery. I am excited to the genre with our incredible cast and crew.” She said this about Esposito joining the cast: “What an honor it is to be working with such a respected and talented artist -Huzzah!”
