Bellport Theater On The Air, the podcast studio founded by animation veterans Fred Seibert and Kevin Kolde, has announced its inaugural series, The Department of Midnight. The six-part audio drama was created by acclaimed comic book writer Warren Ellis. The dark tale is a gripping blend of science fiction, folklore, and horror.
The Department of Midnight follows Dr. John Carnack (James Callis). He is investigating a dangerous dark matter experiment for a government agency. Haunted by a past tragedy linked to his research, Carnack races against time to prevent catastrophic events while uncovering a sinister pattern that leads directly back to him.
The series boasts an impressive cast, including Longlegs star Alicia Witt. Witt is joined by Gildart Jackson, Adrianne Palicki, Nolan North, Brett Dalton, and Carla Gugino.
