What’s It About?
The film follows Lena, who awakens inside a moving camper trailer, gripped by the agonizing pain of a horrifying wound. However, her panic quickly escalates as the driver delivers a chilling message: they have exactly one hour to reach a doctor. Or she will succumb to an unimaginable fate. As the excruciating pain intensifies and Lena’s grip on reality begins to fracture.
