In The 5th Wave a deadly alien invasion begins on Earth. With each wave the attack worsens and body count rises. Cassie (Moretz) is desperate to find her little brother after they are separated during one of the waves, before it’s too late.J. Blakeson is the director for this epic invasion movie, which is based on the novel by the same name written by Rick Yancey. Susannah Grant adapted the novel for the screenplay.
Judging by the trailer, the film has some seriously awesome effects and a great cast. Normally, I’m not big on alien movies, but I am really looking forward to seeing this one. The 5th Wave will invade theaters in January 15th, 2016.
